What to expect during a consultation?
- The lactation counselor would first take your history about your pregnancy, delivery, Breastfeeding routine, baby’s routine and 24hr food log.
- Then she would watch the baby and the mother Breastfeed for 1 entire feed.
Any problems with Breastfeeding would be corrected handson right there.
One session would be for 1 hr. - You can avail home consultation or you can come in person to Achintya pregnancy care classes
- Consultation slot will be confirmed on prior appointments
- 15 minutes delay can be accepted
- If there is a delay you can inform us through a phone call
- Since newborn babies do not have a proper sleep and feed pattern, new moms need not worry about their schedule
- After direct consultation, further assistance and follow-up can be via online video consultation.
- After our direct consultation any queries will be answered through phone calls.
